Mr. Smyth serves as an advisor to Nubian Resources Ltd., a company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. He has fifteen years of experience in managed portfolio investing (in both mutual and hedge funds) and over twenty-five years of experience in corporate financing and capital raising. Mr. Smyth received a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Western Australia in 1990 and he holds the designation of an authorized securities representative granted by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission as of 2001.

Mr. Hurd has over twenty years of experience in the mining exploration sector holding positions as President, CEO, Director, Investor Relations and Corporate Development with various companies including issuers listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. His primary activities have been with publicly traded venture companies in mining, oil & gas, and industrial sectors providing management, fundraising and various consulting/marketing services. He has held leading roles taking companies public, marketing, mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and negotiating joint ventures with major multinational companies. Mr. Hurd’s network of contacts encompasses North and South America, Europe and the UK.
Mr. Hardy is a natural resources focused entrepreneur. He has been involved in the sector for over 19 years with both private and public businesses. During his career, he gained a wide array of natural resource specific experience, including diamond driller, project manager, exploration service contractor, business consultant, public company management and investor. He has built businesses from early-stage start-ups to advanced operating companies in mining, energy and service providers to these sectors. He was a founder and former chief executive officer of a large geosciences and logistics management business specializing in grassroots to brownfields exploration and development. Mr. Hardy has raised capital, led M&A (merger and acquisition) transactions and developed strategic partnerships in excess of $2-billion in aggregate value globally. He is currently CEO of the Cronin Group, a natural resource focused merchant bank, CEO of Cloudbreak Discovery PLC, chairman of Imperial Helium Corp., executive chairman of Temas Resources Corp., director of Graycliff Resources Ltd. and a director of Hexa Resources Ltd.
John Seaman, ICD.D
John Seaman was the Chief Financial Officer of Premier Gold Mines from August 2006 to June 2012 and Chief Financial Officer Wolfden Resources Inc. from October 2002 to May 2007. John has been a Director and/or officer of various small-cap public companies and currently President and CEO of a large private security company.
As a CPA, CA David has over 10 years of accounting and capital markets experience. David provided audit, tax and consulting services to private and public companies for a number of years at MNP LLP before moving to the TELUS Pension Fund as a senior analyst where he gained significant exposure to equity portfolio management and commercial lending.
Mr. Rene Victorino has over 30 years of global experience in exploration, development and mining for various precious, base metals, and coal deposits, which included assignments in various regions in Asia, Africa, British Columbia, the Yukon Territory, and Peru. His extensive professional career has included roles in diversified global mineral resource development companies, including the Hunter-Dickinson Group. Mr. Victorino received a degree in Geology from the University of the Philippines-Diliman in 1985 then completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration (With Distinction) from the Ateneo Graduate School of Business. Rene is a Registered Professional Geoscientist (P.Geo.) with the Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia.
